It's not a 'fire', nothing in this picture is burning.

Are you sure that the 'concept of transport' has a form of existence?
Ha-ha-ha!

It's a different skill. It is a combination of a skill of management and a very high level of command of English language... and good understanding of software architecture too, of course.
Not what 'engineers' typically possess.

People who believe (as 'evidence') 'surveys', 'pols' or any other form of numerical generalizations about humans with free will are the true idiots here, I'm sorry.

Historical note: this particular 'persuasion' of idiocy has a known Godfather - McNamara and a 'Church' - the RAND Corporation.

Start taking into account the 'nonlinear effects' and you will be better off in real life. Nothing is linear. In particular: killing of an executive may force the board members to reconsider their line of behavior just for the sake of self-preservation. Do you see the 'nonlinearity'?

I agree. If you can put aside all the 'investment' bullshit and all the kindergarten 'discoveries' that all the newly hired slave-labor exhales as it breaths... the progress is very-very impressive. Still not enough understanding of the phenomenon though.
