I can't escape the guilt of having left my parents' home, of having spent all this money to get here and I'm still just a failure it was all for nothing

I'd hoped to write a book proposal so the prospect of a project might make me excited to write and work and think but I haven't written it. all I want to do is write and work and think but I'm so tired. am I a failure

seeing psychiatrist tomorrow I hope it helps but doubtful. I am dumb and will dumb up everything i touch

I am proud of my prose here but maybe the ideas in it are bad, I fought to have some of my prose remain. I dunno. I feel like a very dull and splintery wedge of wood is trying to slice through my brain. is this a bad review?
