Because it's all so batty, I've mentally switched off from the news. It's just a bunch of journalists fighting for a non-existent gotcha. It's so boring.

Usually, in alternate years, I rewatch one of either The West Wing or Battlestar Galactica (my 2 all-time favourite series) over Xmas/NY. This year is TWW year, but I'm not sure I can go that utopian when reality has broken American democracy. I may substitute it with Tarrantino films.

If that were actually a law, property would just be a single price and would never increase - because asking more than you paid for it would be pointless. I have no issue with that, but it does take property out of a capitalist society.
