Well, not my WHOLE job, but I need to be able to lift or I can’t be there.

Yeah my PA-C doesn’t want me lifting anything heavy until my reevaluation appointment which isn’t until December 5th, so I had to apply for leave of absence since my whole job is dependent on me being able to lift 50 pounds.

I’m very good at keeping organized. 🙂👍
I’m out of my job for almost two weeks though so I need work to keep me busy.

Already planning on making daily to-do lists to keep myself occupied, organized, & mentally active (& as physically active as I’m able to right now.) Art, cleaning, walks, gentle yoga…
I absolutely HATE not being able to go to work. Hoping I heal faster than 2 weeks to return to my job sooner. 🙏

The mental side effects are so bad…

yeah last time I took it I had the worst depression ever… but at this point I need to just bite the bullet and take it again because no other pain medication is helping. At least I know to expect I’ll be mentally messed up this week…

Anyone else working grocery store retail, please don’t over do yourself like I end up doing. Thanksgiving time sucks, but ALWAYS ask for help from coworkers to move boats, pallet jacks, etc, if you’re feeling any pain or soreness!
