Misleading advertising of natural health products like this needs to keep in mind the lowest common denominator consumer. If I didn't have the education I do to be able to sniff the 🐂💩 I might believe this would help me/my kid:

This is all I wore to stand still outside for about 45’ (I had rifle gloves on as well). Once the workout heat wore off times got tough but the crowd heat/windblock helped some (yes I did 😷 - a rare outdoor scenario where I would)

So, I think the clapback this article is getting is good. The hill I will die on is that it is not responsible journalism to heap accolades on "youth prodigies," whether that's due to academic accomplishments (going to university as a child), or sports (winning lots/impressive performances).

I loved living in South Bend, Indiana, it was like double DST since it was just to the east of the central time border. The sunrise in January was after 8 AM, but the sunset was after 5 PM.

the real gem that I can only reveal now that I do not live in the area is the Petits Frères church thrift store, which is all of my most unusual home items come from. It has become gentrified since I left but you cannot beat the items.
