in Australia I chose table grape picking as it was best of the options - heard stories of banana farmers: apparently a sack is placed over the bananas while growing and at the point of cultivation this has to be cut off with a range of snakes rats spiders etc running/sliding off in all directions

Can we also get commentary on how realistic any of these options are ie whether the EU/EFTA countries would ever go for them (or how might they be persuaded) - of shall we keep that separate for the time being and simply dare to dream?

Counting grapes: worked on a table grape farm in australia pruning bunches to makes sure they had *approx 80 grapes* as per future packaging. got very good at speed counting grapes in a bunch and pruning excess. But this eventually lead to grape nightmares and flashbacks, so I moved to a call centre

Also it’s more of a spectrum - it’s not that a stigma is removed or added completely - more that it’s removed or added for a material number of people. Ie the Overton window has 2 ends and a stigma being removed at one end of the bell curve might be alive and well at the other…
