Initially, I'd had the idea to reference an iconic painting of some sort with my entry, but that idea eventually evolved into referencing a fictional painting from pop culture. Thus, the concept for the final product, which I called "Arr Ya Rippin', Kids?"

The fact they made a new type of NPC when it would've been so easy to put the Pianta cops from Sunshine in this cutscene shows great dedication on Nintendo's part... I just wish they were better at utilizing the NPC types they introduce. I'm losing hope for Shiverians and Gearmos and such to return.

One thing to clarify though; what does "chimera" refer to in this context? Do you just mean the broad term for abnormally shaped animal creatures, or is it a term with a specific usage in your OC worldbuilding or something?

As I've said before about that silly pumpkin face meme; the eyes give the vibe that it's about to fist-bump a dog and shout a geometric term, but at the same time, the mouth gives the vibe that it's then going to ask the dog where they've put the cheese.
