(2/2) Boris's botched Brexit deal has left businesses with more red tape and higher bills. It's left our economy smaller and a huge £90bn hole in our tax take.

So, last week, I pushed the Government on why it is not pursuing a better relationship with our biggest trading partner.

So, if you miss your parcel delivery, it’s now open until 2pm Monday to Friday. They also have 24/7 parcel lockers for added convenience.

At this extremely busy time of year, I’d like to say a huge thank you to our posties and to the manager for sparing valuable time to show me around.

🧑⚖️ Our focus should be on addressing our broken justice system, of which this backlog is a symptom.

🩹 But the Government would rather paper over the cracks with changes like this, no matter the consequences.

📉 There is no quick fix to this issue, but this change is a dangerous step back.

🎯 The Conservatives left our public finances in a dire state, but working people need some relief, and our economy needs to get going.

✅ These policies would be a big boost to working people, and a vital lifeline for local businesses.

📈 By cutting VAT on hospitality by just 5%, we would inject £12bn back into the industry.

💷 Meanwhile, by removing the renewable levy on energy bills, we would save households £270 each year.

💰 And, with a windfall tax on big banks, we could raise £30bn to cover twice the cost of these policies.
