Rossi had 1 DNF, one 8th place finish, two 4th place finishes, and one 5th place finish. Bump all of those up to a 3rd place finish and he only lost the championship by 24 points. It's not just about the number of wins.

Rossi had 1 DNF, one 8th place finish, two 4th place finishes, and one 5th place finish. Bump all of those up to a 3rd place finish and he only lost the championship by 24 points. It's not just about the number of wins.
