A view of the local public pool last week before a cool down, and beach closures. It’s not snowing on the mountains, yet, but it’s a relatively crisp morning out here in the Pacific Ocean. Waves are 15 feet to 20 feet with many beach closures. They will open soon. Have a happy December! Peace.

A nighttime moth in my restroom this evening and I have no idea what it is called. I am so busy it’s ridiculous. I found a hoary bat in my living room today. Is that a sign or is the bat looking for refuge? Not having seen one before it was quite startling. A black moth flapping its wings, during the day, without any signs would be quite odd, thus I identified the bat. It had white poop. I cleaned the area, wore gloves of course, yet haven’t seen it since this AM. No photos.
