I have all the originals recorded off R4 onto cassette back in 1981 plus the book "Original Radio Scripts" - just checked the scripts ... "What is your name, human?" was the question.

Thanks to Kemi I realise how worthless my life in translation is. Who needs forrin transls anyway?
Though UK renewables sector finds my translated German (whisper it ...) engineering materials quite handy.
But granddad a joiner & I can turn (no pun) my hand to a bit of woodwork - I made this ...

I checked mine (translation) and my 2008 rate of 60 should according to Bank of England calculator be 98 now.
Suffice to say, it isn't. It's 78
(that's not an hourly rate, before someone pipes up, we calculate in words)
