Honestly, there are plenty of things I would change. I was a fat kid who got picked on a lot and still struggle with my weight when I’m depressed. I hate my nose and my Neanderthal brow bone, my thin lips, how my little ears stick out. Idk. I’d be happy if anything changed on me probably lol
