Unashamed to say that every time I see video like this featuring @zackpolanski.bsky.social, I cry a little. It feels like so long since we've had genuine hope in politics. I'm now starting to get more involved locally and I'm already excited by some of the amazing people I've met.

Unashamed to say that every time I see video like this featuring @zackpolanski.bsky.social, I cry a little. It feels like so long since we've had genuine hope in politics. I'm now starting to get more involved locally and I'm already excited by some of the amazing people I've met.
Saw some Reform voter stats and the breakdown is fascinating. They're not all thoughtless. If it wasn't for the immigration (non-)issue you might even consider one subsection lefties. @zackpolanski.bsky.social is showing that there's an option that doesn't involve scapegoating other poor people.

It's almost like they feel entitled to tell us that we should be happy in poverty while they hoard all the resources that they don't need based on some weird ego trip that only the rich and powerful feel entitled to.
Entitled to lower bills.

I'm not entirely sure how this myth of Labour being the left wing/workers party has continued to exist for so long. I left Labour many years ago when they supported Tory attacks on disabled people. Then you have the undermining of Corbyn. How have people not seen this? Why are they surprised?

I honestly don't know why any compassionate liberal would vote Labour any more. Mind you, I've felt that way since 2013.
The Labour Government reeling off the same far-right talking points on immigration. And look who is celebrating. The far-right.
