International #CHALLENGE #RCT in 889 people after adjuvant chemotherapy for Stage III and High-Risk Stage 2 colon cancer. Those randomised to a 3 yr structured exercise program had significantly fewer colon cancer recurrences, fewer deaths, & better physical function.
