I got you. I don't know your personal style, but you really can't go wrong with merino wool knitwear or socks. Uniqlo has some nice options for knitwear, and Smartwool and Icebreaker are my go-to for merino wool socks.

Anyway, the amortization post was in response to Trump announcing 50-year amortizations. Canada tried it. It failed. The policy was recalled, and new policies implemented last year made longer amortizations conditional on a 25% deposit.
