The campground two miles down the road from me is hiring a new campground caretaker --- I think the only pay is the free space, but it's a small campground that isn't very busy very often, right on the river. This is the first time I've seen them look for someone new in years.

I was afraid to jinx it if I talked about it before now, but we're getting a new roof today! I'm so damn happy. We were about to lose the ceilings in two more rooms, and the rainy months are coming. I'm not worried anymore, though.

Eleven years ago, I did the Zwing at High Life Adventure Park. The Zwing is an optional ending to their zip line tour and slightly terrifying since you drop 20 feet before you start zipping. It was hella fun and I'd do it again, given the opportunity.
