I have a deep fear of jellyfish. I'm not a fan of Queen Latifah in the jellyfish colony.

Liev, jellyfish are *not* harmless. WTF.

Busy trying to read last week's #horrorwatch notes since I decided to watch on my own tonight and Sam Jackson just got sucked off into the sphere and now there's tense music for Dustin Hoffman to get there and I have no idea why.

Sometimes you can't create tension just with music.

I asked my partner if that was Sabretooth before he was Sabretooth because I swear that's my only touchstone.

Day 30 #MelsNoWriMo You Did It! Goals achieved and final snippet.

I finished my dev edits earlier this month and I'm extremely proud of the MS I handed in! (Except I think I have a continuity error right at the end. I'll fix it next pass.)

Final snippet is a line that made me cry. (Spoilers)

Day 28 #MelsNoWriMo Turn your novel into a movie, where would you shoot?

Omaha, Nebraska. It might get a little tough as Corey's version of Omaha is closer to the 1980s/90s with most (not all) locations referencing them. Some still exist, but many don't.
