I have zero doubt this will be used in high level meetings to justify (amongst other points) doing things the right way.
Fits well with the overall cyberpunk theme as well, screw the corpo rats and focus on the net runners.

And I don’t want any governor to jump to conclusions about key issues. I’ll take someone that thinks about things for a day then opens their damn mouth all the time.
