La economía de la administración Lombardo-Trump le está fallando a las familias trabajadoras.

A diferencia de Joe Lombardo, mi prioridad número uno como gobernador será bajar los costos — desde la vivienda hasta la atención médica.

Today, I toured the Ironworkers’ training center in Henderson and met with Ironworkers Local 416 and Local 433.

Nevada workers built the middle class. As Governor, I will fight to protect prevailing wage and project labor agreements — because Nevada succeeds when our workers succeed.

Tariffs are tanking tourism, raising costs on working families, and forcing small businesses to close. Nevadans deserve a Governor who will stand up to anyone raising costs on working families.

Lombardo won’t stand up to Trump. As Governor, I’ll fight for working families and small businesses.

Across Nevada, families need relief from high drug costs.

As Attorney General, I’ve taken on big drug companies and won $1 billion in settlements that are helping families right now.

As Governor, I’m going to lower the costs of prescription drugs to the Medicare-negotiated price for all Nevadans.

Working Class First means exactly what it says: Nevada workers come first.

Tourism is down and Trump’s tariffs are raising costs on working families & forcing small businesses to close.

Nevadans deserve leaders who “focus on the everyday folks, not the rich.” But Lombardo is too busy cheerleading Trump’s cost-raising agenda to do that.

Last week, I spent time serving Thanksgiving meals across our communities. Our state is facing an affordability crisis, and too many Nevadans don’t know where their next meal is going to come from.

Thank you to the community leaders who helped organize these events that helped feed our neighbors.

We went on our first date 31 years ago today. I took her to Outback Steakhouse.

I went to the hostess desk to put my name on the list. The hostess asked me my name. I told her: “Aaron.”

She couldn’t understand my pronunciation. So, she repeated: “Avron?” I said: “No. Aaron.”

Nevadans are paying more for groceries than residents in most other states and we’re on track to have one of the most expensive Thanksgivings in history.

Many of you may be wondering what the President has to with Nevada: EVERYTHING! Trump promised to lower costs on Day One — and has failed.

Today, I joined my fraternity brothers to distribute Thanksgiving turkeys to families across our community.

This Thanksgiving is on pace to be one of the most expensive in history. Working families in Nevada are struggling to make ends meet. We must prioritize making our state more affordable.

As Thanksgiving approaches, Trump’s reckless tariffs are raising costs on working families and small businesses.

Joe Lombardo thinks Nevadans should “feel a little pain” from Trump’s tariffs. I disagree – and I’m suing Trump to stop families from having to pay more for basic necessities.

Across Nevada, families are having to choose between the groceries in their shopping carts or picking up their medication.

As Governor, I’ll work tirelessly to drive down health care costs and protect families from price spikes that put their health at risk.
November 20, 2025 at 9:56 PM
Joe Lombardo vetoed and blocked bills to limit Wall Street firms from coming into Nevada and pricing working families out of their neighborhoods — then refused to include it in his special session proclamation.

I am demanding that he support the legislature’s bipartisan effort to do so.

Last night in Mesquite, Nevadans told me what they’re up against in the Lombardo–Trump economy: rent and grocery prices that keep rising, with no sign of relief in sight.

As Governor, I’ll do what Lombardo won’t — make lowering costs my top priority — from housing to health care to energy.
November 15, 2025 at 8:32 PM
We held a round table in Ely and one thing was made clear: the Lombardo-Trump economy is failing working families.

As Governor, I will prioritize lowering costs and sign pro-worker legislation that uplifts Nevada workers and put families first.
November 15, 2025 at 1:29 AM
We stopped by Plaza Furniture in West Wendover today — a business preparing to close its doors because of the Trump–Lombardo tariffs driving up costs.

Nevadans deserve a Governor who’ll stand up to anyone raising prices on working families — not someone who rubber-stamps Trump’s cost-hiking agenda.
November 14, 2025 at 7:13 PM
Last night in Elko, Democrats and Republicans came together on one key issue: the cost of living in Nevada is unbearably high.

As Governor, I will work with anyone who is serious about lowering costs for working families — because making Nevada more affordable will be my top priority.

Thank you, Battle Mountain General Hospital for having me.

Health care workers are the backbone of our rural communities — where access is too far for too many folks.

Health care costs have risen faster in Nevada than anywhere else in the nation. Our priority MUST be lowering costs for Nevadans.

Costs for so many have skyrocketed from the Lombardo-Trump tariffs — and that’s no different in Virginia City.

Lombardo may think Nevadans should “feel a little pain,” but I don’t. As Governor, I’ll fight any policy that drives up costs on Nevadans.
November 13, 2025 at 8:24 PM
As a dad of college-aged kids, I want Nevada to be the place our children choose to build their futures and raise their own families.

As Governor, I’ll fight every day to make life more affordable, strengthen our schools, and deliver a Nevada that puts families first.
November 13, 2025 at 6:59 PM
Last night in Sparks, I heard from Nevadans who are doing everything right and still struggling to keep up with rising costs.

As Governor, my top priority will be making Nevada more affordable and putting money back in your pocket — because families deserve a fair shot, not higher bills.
November 13, 2025 at 5:08 PM
I just finished a stop in Carson City where residents told me stories about how their grocery bills have skyrocketed over the last year.

As Governor, I’m going to crack down on price-fixing of essential goods like groceries because keeping money in Nevadans’ pockets will be a top priority for me.
November 12, 2025 at 9:14 PM
I’ve heard it all over our state and Gardnerville was no different: Nevadans are being crushed under the rising cost of living — and they feel like they’re being ignored.

As Governor, my top priority will be to lower costs and make Nevada more affordable.
November 12, 2025 at 12:41 AM
In Dayton, I heard stories of Nevadans having to choose between the food in their grocery carts and their prescriptions — and food bank lines being miles long.

As Governor, I’m going to lower the costs of prescription drugs to the Medicare-negotiated price for all Nevadans.

Thank you, Tonopah Brewing Company for having us!

After a long day on the road, nothing hits like a diet coke and pizza!
