And I'm *lucky* in that regard! And yet I find myself triaging book ideas every year. There's at least 3-4 I'd love to write, but keep getting postponed b/c I don't know that I can sell them.

And that process? It sucks.

For my own self, I can manage my day job and write one (1) book per year + sundry short stories.

I have lots of ideas, but I can only do one. Sometimes that idea doesn't pan out! That means a "lost" year.

No, in the university generally. Most Arts & Sciences profs don't like AI. Other schools? Students are getting *very* mixed messages.

Among white people, the correlation between racial resentment and their voting decision is much, much stronger than between educational attainment and political alignment.

In fact, if you control for racial resentment, education polarization basically disappears.
