The recent recording released of the horrific practices at the NGS needs to help shared far and wide. This is not out of the ordinary and has been expressed for years that this abuse has been happening routinely. I've personally had to intervene with people left suicidal after their 'assesments'

In Dublin, between the canals, there is very little public green space for football (or other field sports). I can't think of any on the Northside, south of the North Circular Road. There are private pitches in Blackhall Place and Grangegorman but nowhere for children to play or practice publicly.
So much of this could be said more broadly for play for children and young people - the safety, accessibility and inclusivity of our neighbourhood outdoor spaces in the context of the climate crisis is a growing challenge.
