Well they did miss free tickets to the NHL playoffs last season, and with the Oilers and the Flames not doing so good they don’t want to miss out on the free trips to Utah or Vegas or Colorado this season )all in the name of honouring Canada’s favourite sport of course).

Yup. That was around the same time the UCP banned the word public from the title of public school boards to blur the lines between public and private schools. Also when Alberta Public Laboratories changed to Alberta Precision Laboratories to blur the lines between them and now defunct Dynalife.

They could just make residency in the riding a requirement. That would’ve eliminated many of the candidates in the 2025 Battle River - Crowfoot riding including…. Oh yeah…. Now I see why they aren’t interested in that type of change.
