I personally would have thought a new type of road tax based on the weight of your vehicle would work better and be much simpler to impose solving problems of hybrids driving abroad etc at a start

I'm hoping here in France they work out how to do V2G and PV systems at the same time . Its not here yet but I think its on the cards

Thinking about the mostly girls I worked with including the one who attacked me with a knife ,h Yes they had complex needs but since 90% had been F@@@@@ by their Dads, Step dads or BF of their mums I think that trumped everything.
