I've questioned my local councillors about their response to invitations to the CAM summit on "preventing antisemitism" September 3 to 5 on the Gold Coast. Most are not attending, citing family commitments rather than recognising the slippery situation it is.

Honestly, with this level of dysfunction, we are potentially very f*cked. It seems any legally constituted authority can be ignored. Those in positions of power do not/will not act except if it advantages them.
