I was the Director of IT at an org and one day, found out our CFO was putting all our MOUs into his personal ChatGPT account and HR was having conversations with a personal ChatGPT account to determine what salaries we should be offering staff.

This is disgusting and the claims from the Trump Administration that it is due to "DEI" is a BS distraction from the truth - your kid's mental health is NOT more important to them than tax cuts for billionaires. These services directly help prevent crises from occurring in schools.
