So that good ol' tagline to vote blue no matter who just applies to "moderate" candidates that win in primaries? Dem party leadership consistently ignores progressives who win primaries. Embrace the candidates who excite younger voters to turn out or keep losing elections.

I have no problem with Connolly's credentials, but these mistakes keep happening because Democrats decided to follow seniority instead of supporting rising stars and meeting the moment, per usual. It is embarrassing and part of why the party is losing popularity with younger demographic groups.
