I have learned that my fridge is too small for meal prepping. I need to either buy ingredients and make dinner the same night I’m eating it and use the leftovers for lunch, or eat out at cheap places.

Apparently I did too much because the example essay was like “I think we should use less plastic. Plastic waste becomes microplastics, which fish eat and die from. It builds up in humans too. We should stop using plastic.” Meanwhile I’m talking about kilowatt hours and formaldehyde.
