(Silksong) I really like the quest in far fields where you collect spine cores cuz it makes you interact with the enemies that drop them in a different way, and I wished I saw more hunt quests like that. Every other hunt quest I’ve seen has had no other complication, which is sad

I’ve found every open world game I played gets noticeably worse on a second or third play through, as the sense of discovery is gone, and the things your rediscovering are revealed to be a lot less engaging than they were initially. Meanwhile, similar but smaller games like metroidvanias stay fun

The fact that lizalfos and lynels in breath of the wild both have metal weapons unique to them that they seemingly made implies that they have an amount if society and technology that is not even vaguely hinted at anywhere else lol
