I know there's probably some licensing kerfuffle that would make it a nightmare, but porting Dynasty Warriors Gundam 3 to modern consoles would give me new life

The claw grip from Monster Hunter Freedom Unite still suddenly manifests when I'm playing games that use the D pad along with left analog stick. Like a spectral passive stat I forgot I put a bunch of points into.

I have played way too many amazing games this year. Expedition 33, Nier Automata, Digimon Story Hacker's Memory and Time Stranger, just finished 1000xResist while also working on Metaphor ReFantazio, plus Wuthering Waves being consistently great all year.

Trying to explain to my spouse why I'm enjoying Borderlands pretty much boiled down to "It's like, worse than good Destiny, but Destiny hasn't been good Destiny for a while, so this is better than bad Destiny. But Destiny still feels better to play, but feels worse to enjoy."

I don't know if it's just frequency illusion, but I have seen "bend the knee" so much after Game of Thrones, and there are so many varied and nuanced ways to convey the same idea that I'm just annoyed about seeing it so much.

Honestly, why is ear hair even a thing? Evolution's cruel joke of "let's just take the hair off the top of your head and redistribute to every spot you don't want hair." I know it's petty dude problems, but leave the landscape of my ears out of it, I have enough hair (or lack of) to worry about

Just thinking about how I played through Berserk the Band of the Hawk in the most perfect way. Reading the manga and playing the game to catch up to where I'd read. It was such a perfect mixed media experience, and I've been chasing that high ever since.

Ok, hit credits on Time Stranger, but there's stuff I want to go back to. Overall I had a great time tip to tail! I thought it ended strong, but one moment would blindside someone if they didn't do a very long sidequest line. The sidequests were definitely weaker compared to the Hacker games though

I won't spoil it, but the last boss of Digimon Story Time Stranger does something that I wasn't expecting, and just has me grinning so much!

I've picked up a hankering to scrape every bit of content out of Jedi Survivor new game plus. But I don't have the hard drive space for it, so I'm going to finish Lost Soul Aside.
Story and voice acting aside, the lack of any hit stop hurts my soul. But I'll make it work and find some hype in it.

Love or hate FFXVI, it did one amazing thing. Giving side quests specific markers that show it they give upgrades or are purely for exposition is such a big QoL adjustment for an RPG. I'm sure other games did it first, but that was my first time experiencing it.

Yup, we're gonna need a stand for this one. Fun build! I heard EG Strike was a good kit, but this was my first time with it and I agree! The weapons kit was also fun and the mini cannons reminded me of Sazabi's funnels, but way easier. Might add the stickers, but I already like the color balance.
