The crushing weight of political posts and memes on various platforms makes things difficult to bear. Making things worse is that the majority of what I’m seeing winds up being sensational clickbait or outright misinformation.

Sadly, ignoring the rule of law and creating a constitutional crisis was not unexpected. What surprises me is how little time it took.

Dick Turpin series 2 canceled mid-production after series star Noel Fielding fails to turn up fir work after holiday break. I hope he’s okay and all, but his actions have put a lot of good people out of work, which is tragic.

People can tell it’s not true, but if they’re outraged by it, they’ll share anyway.

I prefer not to get my news from social media posts and memes. Bluesky's user prefs let me filter a lot of that out, and unfollow where I can't stop the flood of posts. I enjoy social media for social connections with friends, sharing and discovering pics and art and creativity. #filter
