This might be unpopular but if the Dodgers win it might convince Tom Ricketts to actually spend some money on free agents. It's probably not going to make a difference. He's probably hoping there will be a salary cap in 2027, but one can hope.

Oh I gotcha. I do think boomers deserve a lot of blame (especially the ones who have voted Republican for the last 40-50 years) but I do not think there is a concerted conspiracy against Millennials and Gen Z. Personally, I would love for my parents to downsize but my Dad won't budge yet.

How many good jobs are in West Texas? Could she work remotely 100%? My hometown in Indiana has cheap housing and it also doesn't have a lot of good jobs. A lot of times, cheap places are cheap for a reason.

I don't get why this would be done. I don't know how CBS can shift to the right and gain audience. I don't think the right will trust it. CBS would also risk losing all the liberal boomers. The only audience that they might get is the "Never Trump" crowd, but again how many people is that?

Random thought while I was getting lunch at Subway that made me think the whole religious liberty debate is stupid. If the Muslim lady can seemingly not judge me when she is putting bacon on my sandwich then doctors, pharmacists and government workers do the same at their jobs.
