Sonic Origins Plus is also underrated. It’s my favorite way to play the classic Sonic games. (Yeah it sucks that the Michael Jackson estate neutered the soundtrack of Sonic 3, but other than that… sigh…) I mean, you can do Tails Assist! In Sonic 2 if you want! And retry Special Stages using Coins!

I'm not expecting the big 3 companies to go under but it could happen and their legacies will just be purely physical games and illegal preservation.

The funny thing is that the reverse happens, too (capitalist countries putting socialistic aspects into the economy so people stop dying of hunger in large numbers). And that's a good thing! Mixed economies are good!

I'm kinda late to the party, but I've been watching Quantum Leap (2022) on Netflix and holy kittens, I can't recommend enough S01E12 "Let Them Play." It's explicitly pro-trans (& pro-trans youth in sports, at that!), and it portrays trans inclusion so meaningfully & powerfully that it made me cry 🥲
