Falls Sie dazu Gelegenheit haben, wäre ich Ihnen sehr dankbar, wenn Sie noch einmal erläutern könnten, wie sich Ihre Verwendung des Codes zur Umschreibung im ICD-10 selbst verhält.
Für mich als Laien-Leser stehen beide im direkten Widerspruch zueinander. Offensichtlich verstehe ich etwas falsch.

Führt dieser Code nicht doch zu weiteren Missverständnissen? Ich hätte Schwierigkeiten damit, wenn bescheinigt würde, dass bei mir psychologische Einflüsse 'eine bestimmende Rolle in der Verursachung von ME/CFS' gehabt hätten.

If you are interested in research being done on ME/CFS, you can do no better than join the @scienceforme.bsky.social internet forums, where scientists and patients discuss every aspect of the illness. It will also save you a lot of time and money you might otherwise spend on
