2016年〜17年、おおさか維新の会は橋下徹法律事務所と法律顧問契約を結んでいます。当時橋下徹氏はおおさか維新の会の一切の役職を外れていますが前年まで代表を務めた政党（政党助成金を受領している）から顧問契約料を受け取るのは法的に問題はありませんが外形的公正性に欠けるのではないでしょうか

確かに米、独は条文はあるものの、条文自体が違憲との判決もある。英、蘭は条文そのもがない。
しかし仏、伊、韓では条文もあり違憲判決もない。国それぞれなので、規定されることによって即、自由と民主主義が毀損されるものではない。もう少し丁寧な議論が必要。
