Let me see if I have the timeline right here.

🚨 BREAKING: OMB has just issued a memo *rescinding* the previous memo freezing all federal financial assistance programs.

One year together. Many to come. 2024 was one of the hardest years of my life and I can’t believe how we held each other through it. Forever grateful for being lucky enough to encounter your beautiful heart. Love you PB. ❤️❤️❤️ @ksuzannec.bsky.social

Texas has the most wind energy, industrial-scale solar energy, flexible storage options and, increasingly, geothermal development of *any U.S. state*.

It's crystal clear this is not about economics or energy security. It's about ideology and preserving the status quo at any cost; literally, any.
Extreme bills in the Texas Legislature could grind the development of wind, solar and batteries to a halt. We need to reject them and pursue balanced approach that allows renewables to continue to grow while mitigating impacts. #txenergy www.expressnews.com/business/art...

Scientific advancements aside, this is economically irresponsible

Every $1 spent by NIH generates $2.46

For example, in 2023, $47B in NIH spending generated ~$93B

Halting NIH spending will LOSE the US a lot of money (and talent)
