I'm not even going to repeat people wanting to hate Disney or negativity thriving on the internet. Dana fans hating on Hexed I feel almost want to use the idea of the movie being an Owl House ripoff as part of a narrative of "the creator betrayed by the big bad corporation". 1/5
Perhaps a better question should be...

Are videos like this legal?

disliking everything made after Season 3. Feel how you want about the show, but both sides are too extreme. Extreme fandoms are nothing new for the internet, but while I can't speak for what Stephen Hillenburg wanted, he wouldn't have wanted this.

I like SpongeBob and respect Stephen Hillenburg, but as sad as his death was, it's incidentally opened up an ugly can of worms. There's one side that uses the show and it's longevity to snub other shows, and then there's the other side who puts words into a dead man's mouth to rationalize
It’s been 7 years since we lost Stephen Hillenburg and every time people speak on behalf of him to criticize new SpongeBob content, refer to this video: youtu.be/-3MJf6uOVT8?...

one thing that democrats are really quite good at is correcting and "fixing" the mistakes of their previous bite at the apple. It goes as far back as Clinton correcting for the legislative failures of Carter!
I find the 'the Democrats won't do anything' doomer line annoying, because the Democrats will be who you make them - look how much the GOP changed over the past decade!

Right now the party feels immovable but the moment it has a presidential nominee, it will be whatever that person is.

Dana is one of the funniest people in voice acting. With a voice full of sarcasm, weirdness, energy, comedy, and a ton of heart. He’s also one of the nicest guys too. He deserves this spotlight no doubt.

I used to work for Casten back in 2022. Even back then, when he came to visit us, he was openly badmouthing the Senate as an overall institution.

That negativity was notable because otherwise, he came off as a kind-hearted individual who thought that most people could be persuaded into good.
this is a moderate to normie Illinois Democrat
I don't know what the Senate is going to do. But if they do in fact fold in exchange for nothing, they will be living up to past performance. To expect the Senate to carry out the will of the American people is to misunderstand why it was created in the first place.

To be honest I was guilty of this before reading some of his Reddit posts. In the back of my head, I had the nervousness that he wasn't giving the best vibes but I swallowed it because it seemed like he was drawing crowds and looked like there was a good chance he would beat Collins. I was wrong.
People liked Platner because he's a white guy with a particular
affect who said things they wanted to hear and maybe we should demand a bit more from our pols.
anyway it is just fascinating that this has somehow become some proxy battle over “men” and “identity politics” where the critics represent “woke overreach” but as far as i can see it the strong attachment is pure identity politics! and i think the discourse would be better if people just said that

For what this post is expressing, I think she is expressing this:

She feels that Platner should've kept the tattoo covered up at bare minimum, the campaign made a monumental mistake by releasing the image showing off the tattoo, and those who want Collins out should stop in-fighting.
Platner’s former political director →

(He released it himself???)

For someone born in the turn of the millennium I never got into any of the kidcoms or really any kid-appropriate live action TV content except for Power Rangers, Sentai, and a tiny bit of Kamen Rider.

I was much more an animation kid when it came to TV.
Inspired by a post I just saw in which someone admitted they hadn’t seen a single episode of Friends nor the film Love Actually… what cultural hole do you have that’s a bit weird for your generation?

I’ll go first: I haven’t seen Dirty Dancing.

You’re giving too much credit to the first gen fascists.

They were unlikable morons who tried to shove a fairy tale that they were all “totally big strong sexy Germans” down our throats while cosplaying as “badasses.”

They’re just as mockable as this shit today. Fascism is for the whiny and weak.

Tex Avery, when negotiating a contract with Walter Lantz Productions in 1953, reads the fine print better about the share of the profits he would get and is able to negotiate a better deal. Therefore, there is no quick falling out between Lantz and Avery. 1/4
What’s your modern historical hinge point? Nothing political. Just your major cultural What If? For example, I’m a 1994 Expos truther

If you're a Pibby fan, good chance you've heard about Learning with Pibby Armageddon, a fan project being created by Studio VEGA.

However, after what was said on a stream yesterday, I would strongly advise not supporting this project. I. They stream, the "CEO", Ivan Kam, said the N word.

If this actually comes to fruition and it doesn't require an excessive level of user intervention, this could be a very big deal. Massive IPC increases in software that don't use many cores and largely solving the problem of software not utilizing all the cores of CPUs effectively.

In a lengthy call in June, Obama congratulated Mamdani, offered him advice about governing and discussed the importance of giving people hope in a dark time.

Others in Obama’s orbit have also shown a keen interest in Mamdani, too.

This image here perfectly captures one thing I absolutely adore about Gumball Season 7.

The hand drawn characters feel like they occupy a 3D plane - these are not angles/drawn positions the original run of the show would EVER have for the hand drawn characters

Wasn't a factor in Nazism or right wing politics similar to that not becoming a major political faction in post-war Germany due to the loss of much of Prussia (home of much of the Junkers) and the destruction of the Junkers as a dominant group in Germany?
i think the most important thing is destroying their financial base. there are only a few industries and literally like a dozen people that need to be financially and when applicable criminally ruined.
The revenge campaign needs to be severe and unrelenting. We should at minimum set the destruction of say Liberty University as a goal.
