☄️🔭 Of course, it is not astronomically rare for a satellite to appear to streak across the center of a comet. Upon brief searching I've found a similar occurrence on another comet, it is possible there are even more examples in other comet pics too:

I see some people bashing NASA for the blurry HiRise images of 3I/Atlas because amateur astronomers were able to take better photos of it. But correct me if I'm wrong, HiRise is meant to photograph the martian surface, so it's like expecting a nearsighted person to see a distant thing clearly? 🔭

🔭☄️I've found some other pictures and info relating to ''Real'' anti tails. C/2012 S1 ISON generated plumes of dust sunwards in the months before its perihelion (left image). 67p/C-G observed by Rosetta undergoing a sunward outburst which could be happening on 3I/Atlas (Right image)

I think it's important to clarify the tails of 3I ATLAS, its showing both the "Real" and Optical anti-tail, which have different causes.
The left image shows ATLAS Real anti tail, pre-perihelion.
And the right image we see an Optical anti tail post-perihelion (which it when typically appears)

☄️🔭A dedicated Planetary Scientist who specifically studies comets (And could easily cite supporting research), should "debate" or test Avi Loeb on his knowledge about cometary behaviors or properties to see if he's really this clueless or misinformed 🤦‍♂️
Avi Loeb's calculations about 3I/ATLAS are 100% wrong because he has never understood that dust in the tail(s) responds to solar radiation pressure. Solar wind shapes the ion tail. But the radiation pressure is about 1000 times larger than the solar wind ram pressure, for particles that feel it.

Startup Reflect Orbital aims to power solar farms at night by reflecting sunlight from about 4,000 satellites, has recently requested a license for a 2026 demo. But astronomers warn the bright objects could be “ruinous” to vital scientific research.
Plan to Reflect Sunlight to Power Solar Panels at Night Upsets Astronomers
Reflect Orbital aims to launch its first of a planned 4,000 satellites into orbit next year. Scientists worry that it would be “ruinous” for research.

🔭 I'm thinking christening my 4.5" Dobsonian with a name (is that something other people do?) and currently choosing between "Light Pail" and "Moon Muncher". Any thoughts?
