I love this so much.
One of my neighbors has been putting up these fish facts posters. All kinds of different fish, marine, freshwater, deep, shallow, all kinds. This is a good one. “Stg this real fish” took me out. Good work, neighbor.

This is one of my favorite podcasts.
On 15th May 1979, David Booth awoke from a terrible dream, sweating profusely with tears in his eyes.

In it, a silver plane fell from the sky and crashed right in front of him. Then he had the dream again. And again.

Soon he began to wonder, was it really just a dream?

A reminder that we're entering that season when people in D.C. are either:
- Mad that the city hasn't closed or delayed schools and the government because of snow.

My own wardrobe consists of about 85% pajamas and hoodies these days, so I'm no help anymore. I bet some of y'all have good pointers though. (And I will take notes for the nebulous "later" when I would like those recs too.)
Halp! My closet needs a reboot (and booties!) I want your recs for quality, quirky, magical, Victorian, Boho, medieval etc. clothes that can also be worn as street clothes. Petite options if possible; must take returns. I'm more of a hobbit than an elf in body type. Thanks in advance!

I just got two 200-level tickets for the PWHL game in DC for a grand total of $83, versus the $400-$500 those two seats would cost for a Caps game. The idea of <$100 seats on the glass was appealing, but they were all singletons at this point and maintaining marital harmony is important.

Many intriguing things in this thread, which I am bookmarking for later.
Thread of places to buy cool things from cool people where I can attest to the quality having actually bought stuff from them (& in some cases I know them). Neat, right? I'm vouching for them, I guess. Recommending them. I tend to plug things here & there, but why not a thread? 🧵
