My sister and I have talked about this before - we think it might be why I’m more of a reader than she is, because when I read a book I see the story playing out in my mind’s eye, but she doesn’t! She says she mostly just like…hears the words in her head? Like someone is reading them to her? Weird

silver lining; I AM grateful the boiler broke when it was not yet actually freezing - it's cold as a witch's tit in here, but we're still juuuust in the positives this morning and it looks like it's not gonna dip below until tonight, fingers crossed the boiler guy coming round tomorrow can fix it 🤞
my boiler just packed in, because apparently life truly is just being repeatedly kicked in the head over and over again until I die
