Agreed with Kim, and it should not be surprising that our attacking capabilities dropped substantially after Palhinha got subbed on.
I don’t even think Archie Gray has been amazing, but the addition of a midfielder who is willing and able to move the ball forward even a little bit has completely transformed Tottenham

No fucking way that’s a penalty. For VAR to review the play and call this a penalty is mind blowing. I can cite a 1000 similar examples just from this season where it wasn’t called.

Are there any Spurs fans out here excited to watch the game today?

it’s entirely on the nose for spurs ownership not to realize what separates the brentfords and brightons from us is not the managers, but the owners.

It might be tempting for Spurs fans to look at results and say things started out reasonably well under Frank and then wonder why they quickly fell apart, but the truth is that we were never especially good, just lucky (and energised by change).

Just like under Nuno.

He wants us to play underdog football against lower table teams.

At the end of the day, this form proves 2 things:

Spurs fans are resilient
Spurs fans are loyal

Couldn’t dream of supporting another club. I love my club. It’s my only club.

Frank was sold to us as the pragmatic tactical mastermind who could work with the existing players and get the best out of them.

I’m ready to board the Frank train again if he stops the Bentinha experience, and consistently starts Archie + Bergvall
November 26, 2025 at 8:43 PM
Pragmatic my ass. This is what we signed up for.
[OptaJoe] 0.07 & 0.1 - Tottenham Hotspur are responsible for the two lowest xG totals in a Premier League game this season, against Arsenal (0.07) and Chelsea (0.1). Concern.

Our game plan this half was relying on Vicario to distribute long balls. I’m absolutely baffled by that. Has anyone on the management team looked at Vicario’s long ball delivery data?

HOW ARE WE STILL STARTING BENTANCUR AND PALHINHA TOGETHER THIS FAR INTO THE SEASON
I’m starting to question Frank’s reputation as pragmatic. There’s nothing pragmatic about starting Bentancur and Palhinha together this far into the season, while having Bergvall and Archie on the bench.

Sack that motherfucker at half time
This NLD for me is a referendum on Thomas Frank. He has been in charge for 5+ months. If we sit deep, get played end to end again like the Chelsea game then he has to go.

My litmus test for TF will be the NLD. One of the biggest complaints against Ange was “lack of pragmatism” in big games, that Ange lost every one of his NLD games.

If TF can’t get us to show up in important games, then I can’t ever get behind his shit boring football.
