the junk food “addiction” significantly dropped 85% just like that on 2nd day, thus much less distraction & time leak cuz I’d just have to watch a fun YT video while snacking. so my perceived notion that “real changes/habits need WEEKS to settle”..

wow only took 2 days of going back to consecutive deep recalibration (meditation 3x 15 minutes + multi-prompt journaling + practicing the spirituals gem throughout the day even if it’s on-and-off) to get my mind off daily junk food snacking for this latest 1,5 months lol!!
