Thought from my notebook:

Today, I will try something new: Happiness.
Thought from my notebook:

After a few months of testing for consistency, I can now say that a bidet is a useful tool for starting your day on a positive note.
Thought from my notebook:

If your faith is more about what you hate and less about what you love, you’re doing it wrong. Absolutely. 100 percent. Fact.
Thought from my Notebook:

Am I making a prayer list or giving God a to-do list?
Thought from my notebook:

It’s Friday. Can I take a break from thoughts today? 😵‍💫

These past few weeks have been exhausting with the chaos everywhere.

Anybody else need a break?
A thought from my notebook:

I sat down around 2 o’clock to check emails and thought to myself “I don’t think I brushed my teeth today”.

I proceeded to answer emails.
Yesterday, I made a list of things that I already competed just to cross them out. I then announced to myself “ta-done”.

Celebrating yourself, no matter how silly it feels, builds confidence.
This.
Never be afraid to write your heart out. To write your ass off. To write until your hands cramp. Because when you look back at the miles of ink behind you you might just have a masterpiece.
For me, it’s usually a fear that someone will read my unfiltered and raw thoughts. I have to remind myself that my pages are not who I am. What I DO is what counts.
Being honest in your notebook, I’m taking REALLY honest, can he hard.

It’s uncomfortable because…

❗️our thoughts aren’t always helpful or constructive.
❗️our internal and external selves aren’t aligned.

What do you think? Is it hard to write with complete honesty? What makes it so hard?
A thought from my notebook: Are we actually unhappy, or just addicted to the idea that we could be happier?
Hey! I’m still figuring this platform out! So glad we are able to connect! And I hope the 1 notebook per month works out for you! Keep me posted.
Thought from my notebook:

People say that money can’t buy happiness.

Those people don’t have to worry about housing, food, or clothing.
It happens to the best of us! 😂

While scrapbooking might involve purchasing sticker kits and ornately decorated paper for a specific occasion, junk journaling emphasizes the use of found and recycled materials: a sticker from a fruit, a pamphlet picked up at a museum, a piece of product packaging that’s too pretty to discard.
