Friends dropped off a loaf of sourdough this morning and it came with us for today’s training walk. Delicious with smoked cheese and our own homemade grape and rosemary jelly.

After goodness knows how many years I’ve deleted my Facebook account. Its a small action but it is the something I can do to stop supporting those who support the rise in fascism.
