ある日突然「難民」と呼ばれるようになった人たちにも、かけがえのない人生があることを知ってほしい。そんな思いから、日本初の難民に焦点をあてた映画祭として、2006年に「難民映画祭」は始まりました。これまでに世界各地から集めた270作品を上映、10万人以上の方々にご来場いただきました。第20回難民映画祭は、2025年11月6日（木）～12月7日（日）に開催します。
