From the beginning, the PM has never wavered that it will require the approval of BC and FNs.

Not once.

It's in the MOU.

People are getting really upset over a deal that gets more environmental commitment from AB than a chance at a pipeline to the Coast.

132 million people in real-world data

If you're trying to convince your friends to spend time on Bluesky rather than X, maybe show them this. X is not "the public town square" or about "free speech." It's "just what Elon Musk wants you to see." If you see stuff he doesn't like he'll step in to make sure you don't see it for long.
If you scroll on X, you are only being shown what Elon wants you to see. If you create content on X, no one will see it unless Elon wants them to.

Just a reminder that the notwithstanding clause is used when a government knows what they are doing not only is against people's Charter rights, but also is not a reasonable limit justified in a free and democratic society under section 1. #cdnpoli #ableg
Alberta's justice minister has tabled a bill to invoke the notwithstanding clause to shield a suite of legislation from legal challenges. The laws in question restrict the rights of transgender people in access to health care and sports, and affect K-12 education of all students.

WAS WRONG

The sinking took the lives of all 29 men on the ship, and became immortalized in Gordon Lightfoot's song.
This is the story of this terrible tragedy.

Such legislation permits homeowners to shoot people dead they reasonably suspect of attempting an unlawful entry.
