We didn’t do much of anything yesterday and it was lovely.
Then I stayed up until 230am working on a puzzle (alone time!) and 😅 It’s times like this I am thankful for the changes I’ve made this year, because I am only moderately sore from crouching over the coffee table for 8 hours.

I turned on the (gas) fireplace this morning & had it on for a few hours while I was sitting in here working.
When we got ready to leave and run errands, I turned it off and went to close the flue, but I burned the shit out of my fingers when I grabbed the handle because I’d forgotten to open it. 😅

I needed a job, they wanted an office manager who could do bookkeeping, so I talked to an accountant friend (Jenny!) who said bookkeeping isn’t hard and I would be fine. Then seven years later my current co offered me a job to be an accountant.

J got me a heated eye massager as an early birthday gift last night and it is INCREDIBLE. Maybe the best part is that I cannot look at anything on my phone?! But just the whole thing is cozy and calming and so nice.
