“This bill effectively discourages ALL masking - during an airborne pandemic and with another potential pandemic looming due to continued spread of H5N1. It WILL cost lives”

Bringing back an old article in light of the No Kings protester who was arrested for masking:
North Carolina Passes HB 237 and Bans Medical Masks in Public
This discriminatory and ableist bill puts lives at risk and further isolates vulnerable people from society. It's pandering to anti-maskers who seek to punish disabled and high risk individuals.

At a time when other politicians attempted to distort the truth and disrupt our state, we stayed true to the virtues of the Land of Lincoln.

As long as I'm governor, Illinois will uphold our Midwestern and American values — by treating people with dignity, respect, and fairness.

There was a protest yesterday in Nashville, TN, putting a spotlight on horrible GOP Rep. Andy Ogles, and the anti-immigrant hate he spews.

During the propaganda session, demonstrators could be heard banging against the doors and walls—the noise drowning out Ogles and his lies.

President Biden was walking through the airport, and Americans who ran into him gave him handshakes and genuine warmth.

I love how he is humbled by admiration instead of demanding it.

This moment showcases his enduring connection with everyday Americans who support and care for him.
