I will be working the polls on Tuesday. There’s only one issue on the ballot where I’m at, but other areas of the country have a number of issues and candidates to vote on. Every election is important regardless of what or who is on the ballot. Change only happens when you VOTE!

It’s going to get worse as more and more businesses no longer invest in training their front line staff or in reinforcing that training. Hence, more and more consumers are turning to on-line shopping.

It’s so easy to feel powerless right now. I get it. We may indeed not have the power to do some things. But we can donate to a food bank. Volunteer. Foster an animal. Seek to find opportunities to give genuine compliments. Get sleep so we can think more clearly. Create art. This too is fighting.
