CORRECTION: Earlier in a reply (deleted), I said that we *can* commit war crimes while not at war. That is incorrect. My thought was surely it’s *both* a war crime *and* murder. I thought about the war crimes we committed during Vietnam (not a war), but that IS an armed conflict and that counts. 1/

In the 4.5-mile bike ride to pick up my kids from school, I found the following in painted bike lanes: at least 6 trash bins, a parked car, a parked firefighter truck (likely lunch break), and a parked city maintenance vehicle. This is unacceptable, and another reason why paint is not infrastructure
