Oh Popey. Hate to single out an individual for a defeat, but if he doesn’t have that moment of madness it might have been a different game. Opened the door for Marseille to come after us early in that second half, and we never really looked like creating a good chance and equalising.

Hmm, two good goals, and looked like we’d got the measure of them in the second half, until they made changes which seemed to freshen them up. Pope had to make a few saves to prevent a very tense finish to the game.

Okay, not the steamrollering I was hoping for, but feels like a longtime since we scored a late winner, so that was nice.
I was actually offered a ticket at the last minute, but the missus was out getting her nails done so I had to stay in with the kids and watch k pop demon hunters! 💥 #NUFC

Might be grasping for a positive, but in the two seasons we have qualified for the CL we have had poor spells, but also spells where it clicks into gear and we go on great runs. #NUFC
